The working principle of an "eye-protection lamp" is to raise the low-frequency flicker to the high-frequency flicker. This eye-protection lamp USES a frequency conversion electronic ballast to increase the current frequency from 50Hz to 30-50khz so that the human eye can't feel the strobe. It also USES a tri-primary fluorescent powder to make the light soft, so as to reduce visual fatigue. Stroboscopic effect is an indicator of all fluorescent tubes: the less obvious the stroboscopic effect, the better the lighting effect.
