The main structure of rechargeable led table lamp is: high brightness white LED; 220 V AC to low voltage DC circuit (power supply); lampshade; lamp holder; power switch; power cord; socket; battery.
The functions of each component are as follows:
High brightness white light-emitting diode: it is a solid-state semiconductor device, which can directly convert electricity into light. The heart of the chip is a semiconductor chip, one end of the chip is attached to a bracket, one end is a negative pole, the other end is connected to the positive pole of the power supply, so that the whole chip is encapsulated by epoxy resin. The semiconductor chip is composed of two parts, one is p-type semiconductor, in which the hole is dominant, the other is n-type semiconductor, in which the electron is mainly. But when the two semiconductors are connected, a "p-n junction" is formed between them. When the current acts on the chip through the wire, the electron will be pushed to the P area, where the electron and the hole compound, and then the energy will be emitted in the form of photons, which is the principle of LED luminescence. The wavelength of light determines the color of light, which is determined by the material of p-n junction.
220 V AC to low voltage DC circuit (power supply): power supply is a device to provide power to electronic equipment, also known as power supply, which provides the power required by all parts of the computer. The stability of power supply, current and voltage will directly affect the working performance and service life of the equipment.
Lampshade: lampshade is not only used to gather light on the lamp, but also to prevent electric shock and protect eyes. Therefore, lampshade is available on every lamp.
Lamp holder: it provides support for the lampshade and secondary tube on the table lamp, and can distort and adjust the angle of light source to meet the requirements of different people. It is also the transmission pipeline of electric wire.
Power switch: switch on the power supply, so that the lamp system can work normally through the current.
Power line: to transmit current to the interior of the lamp, so that the lamp is in working state.
