Organic light-emitting diode monolayer device

Date:Sep 21, 2019

A single-layer device is an organic layer that can emit light between the positive and negative electrodes of the device. Its structure is substrate /ITO/ luminescent layer/cathode. Due to the imbalance of electron, hole injection and transmission in this structure, the device efficiency and brightness are low and the device stability is poor.
