The end voltage of the PN junction constitutes a set base, and when the Kazheng is reduced to the bias voltage, most carriers in the P and N regions spread to each other. Because the electron migration rate is much larger than the cavitation migration rate, there will be a large number of electron diffusion to P zone, which constitutes the injection of a few carriers in P area. These electrons are combined with holes in the valence band, and the energy obtained when combined is released in the form of light energy. This is the principle of PN knot luminescence.
